The fix: Choose a controller with no background polling so your GPU headroom goes to the viewport.

- Open the popup while a podcast or audiobook is playing.
- Choose 1.25x, 1.5x or 2.0x.
- Use the seek slider to move within the episode.

- Four default hotkeys: Shift+Alt+Up toggles play and pause, Right skips, Left goes back and Down pauses only.
- Local focus analytics: Daily and weekly focus time, a seven-day chart and top artists and tracks, all stored on your device.
- Sleep timer: Presets of 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes with a live countdown that auto-pauses playback.
