Spotify Mini-Player in Chrome for Streamers
A compact popup with album art, seek, shuffle, repeat and like.
💡 Overview
Sometimes you want to see the song, not just control it. You run scenes, chat, alerts and a game at once, and one wrong window click shows up on stream.
Click the toolbar icon and the mini-player opens with a blurred, color-adaptive backdrop drawn from the current album art. It offers play, pause, next, previous, shuffle and repeat, a draggable progress bar for seeking, and a one-tap Liked Songs toggle that mirrors the state on the Web Player. Dark and light themes follow your system.
🧭 A Day of Streamers
You run scenes, chat, alerts and a game at once, and one wrong window click shows up on stream.
The problem: A mis-click on the wrong tab can expose something you did not mean to show.
The fix: Control playback by hotkey so Spotify never has to appear in a capture or a scene.
🚀 Try It in Three Steps
- Click the extension icon to open the mini-player.
- Drag the progress bar to seek, or tap the heart to like the track.
- Switch themes or presets from the dashboard if you want a different look.
✨ What You Get
- Mouse-wheel volume: Scroll over the player for fine volume steps, plus one-tap mute memory.
- Shortcut profiles: Standard, one-handed WASD, compact Alt+arrows and function-key presets.
- Sleep timer: Presets of 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes with a live countdown that auto-pauses playback.
