Stay in Flow: A Spotify Control Routine for Photographers
A simple routine for starting, pausing and ending music without friction.
💡 Overview
Flow is easy to lose and hard to get back. High-resolution files and calibrated monitors define your workspace.
A routine helps: open the Web Player in a pinned tab, choose a playlist once, use Shift+Alt+Up to start, Shift+Alt+Right to skip, and Shift+Alt+Down when you need silence. Use the sleep timer for the end of a session. Keep everything else out of your day.
🧭 A Day of Photographers
High-resolution files and calibrated monitors define your workspace.
The problem: Reaching for another window on a color-critical setup pulls your eyes off the image.
The fix: Use the mouse wheel on the popup for volume so your eyes can stay on the image.
🚀 Try It in Three Steps

- Use only shortcuts during the session.

- Floating mini-player: Popup with play, pause, next, previous, shuffle, repeat, seek and a Liked Songs toggle.
- Local focus analytics: Daily and weekly focus time, a seven-day chart and top artists and tracks, all stored on your device.
