Spotify Controller Extension FAQ for Streamers

💡 Overview

Most people ask the same dozen questions before they install a new extension. You run scenes, chat, alerts and a game at once, and one wrong window click shows up on stream.

In short: it controls the Spotify Web Player at open.spotify.com, offers four default hotkeys, a mini-player, speed control from 0.5x to 2.0x, a sleep timer, local analytics, and a privacy-first design with narrow permissions. It does not control the desktop app.
